What does ''imp ex'' mean in the English marking schemes? (HL if it matters)
i honestly dont know it didnt come up on the paper... If yiur really wanna know i recommed asking your English teacher or looking it up
It's usually written as something like 'imp ex 15 marks'. In this example it means that the examiner is marking you out of 15, based on their impression of what you have written. 13-15 marks is an 'A' grade answer, 11-12 is a 'B' grade, 9-10 is a 'C' grade etc.
