I know it includes the square and three triangles around it

does anyone know if you can use the method with the square at an angle insie another square and the four triangles (im not sure what the metho is called )

Adamstown we learned the theorem in the format you have descrined above but after our mocks our teacher told us there is only 1 acceptable proof for project maths and in that proof you use similar triangles and ratios
