I would make sure you know Romanesque and Gothic architecture really well as it always comes up - either Romanesque or Gothic or a discussion of the development from one to the other. Romanesque came up last year so a little less focus on that one but know a little. In gothic be able to discuss architecture, sculpture, and rose Windows. Be sure you are able to name a gothic church or two. It's the most reliable question in the European section - but keep going with your artists too just in case!
