Anyone know what is done products of in vitro fertilisation? which came up in 2004

Eggs fertilise with sperm in a dish and a couple of days later, they're examined to see if embryos developed. If the embryos have formed, they are put back into the uterus to allow natural implantation to the endometrium (lining of the uterus). Once implantation has occurred and is successful, pregnancy process continues as normal, in the usual way
