I've done higher level biology since 5th year but I'm terrified if on the day I panic and freeze & was wondering if learning past papers is the best way to study it...advice please ?!?

yeah past papers is especially important for biology because the way they ask questions can be tricky and its good to get famliar with what is asked in each area. In terms of your level, i think anyone can pass higher biology as there is a good amount of choice on the paper. if you drop to ordinary you damage the amount of points you can get.
