Would it be manageable to teach oneself Business by using books / exam papers? I got a B at junior cert and am strong at subjects requiring much information learnt off (Biology, History, Geography) however it does help if it's interesting so would this work for me?
Ask yourself these questions Emily:
*Am I interested in Business?
*Would I spend my time trying to do an extra subject?
*Would I be able to make my own revision?
*Would I be able to find resources?
Then come back to me!
I would say I could be more interested in economics as I like global news like world affairs so would that suit me better so rather than business would you think?
Businees is a very easy business subject, if you want i have notes available, for very cheap. the notes cover all questions which could be possibly asked and are short but very detailed. (i wanna be a business teacher) so the notes are made up by myself
If you can learn stuff off easily I'd say you could! I think it's very like JC business with a little extra detail and very few new chapters. Question in the exam papers are repetitive too
I don't do Business but I chose Economics and I did JC Business Studies. Economics gives you lots of choice in the exam. You only have to do 6 of 9 short questions and 4 of 8 long questions. I'm pretty sure the Economics course has less than the Business. Economics probably seems like a subject you could do on your own rather than Business
I am self learning business. Learning off the material from the book is the easy part but you need to be able to apply your knowledge to particular situations to do well in the exam. It is by not necessarily an easy subject..
