What food profile should be used for a food that has undergone processing to extend shelf life, milk or Jam? And for added value food should cheese or soup be used?
milk is a good one because you can tie it in with the cheese aswell if you wanated to cut down on notes
I always use soup as its easy enough and quite short but you still will get all of the marks!
You could also use the milling of flour for extensive food processing.
For a value added food I was told to use the production of cheese.
And for increasing the shelf life of a food I was told to write about cheese or yoghurt!
