What's the RDA of protein, fat & carbohydrates for children, teens, adults & pregnant women? Sorry, so much I'm asking haha

Protein: Children - 30-50g per day Teens - 60-80g per day Adults - 50-75g per day Pregnant women - 70-85g per day Fats: Approximately one-third of our energy intake. Carbs: No precise RDA as deficiency is rare. Thats all that is in my book, sorry.
