Advice for Second Year
by Cathal_8908 The Junior Cert — 05/12/16 8

Hi, I just started second year and I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on doing well throughout the year. I got all A's in my Christmas and a Summer tests in 1st year by basically keeping up with everything. Should it stay the same for second year or should I start doing more? Thanks!

Yes stay the same, second year is no different. Stay on top of everything and behave good.

You can stay the same and should do well, but if you find you've got a lot of extra time once youve done your homework and study, maybe go over a chapter or two of first year stuff. It'll help you once you get to third year and have loads to revise!

Yes do stay the same for the moment. As long as you put in the effort to do your best throughout second year and third year, you cant go far wrong

oh my god try to stay on top of everything for the love of god. i made the mistake of zoning out in 2nd year and now im in 3rd year and super behind on everything with my mocks in February or January. of course make sure to have your own chill out time but make sure to stay on top of the material and revise preferably daily.
