    What time are you sleeping? hamzamughees

    Hey guys...

    Considering that the exams are on right now, what time do you guys and girls go to sleep?

      I know it's not healthy but I go at 2 then wake up at 6 to study then go back to sleep at 8 till 8:30

      I go to bed at 12:00. Then wake up at 4:00 to study. It's not that easy :L

      Yeah I try to go around 1 and then wake up at 5 - and stay awake then

      Sometimes though I get so sleepy around 12 so I go then! What about you?

      wow that's serious commitment tinash, Im going to bed at 10/11 and up between 6/7:30 depending on how much study i must do and because i have to catch a bus

      I don't recommend going with so little sleep. I learned the hard way you're better off get a decent night sleep

      Studies say that you should get at least 8 hours of sleep in exam days. I sleep at 11:00 and wake at 7:30.

      I usually go to sleep at 0:00-0:30 and wake up at 7. For the best couple of months on monday mornings I would catch up on TV shows such as The Walking Dead or, recently, Game Of Thrones.

      Right now I could careless what stuidies say , as long as I pass , it's what I want to aim for! Kamikazee523 Yeah I know , that's good commitment on your side too, you should record your own voice when studying then in the bus put it in your ear and revise?

      I can't wait till the exams are over. Around 76 days off! All the lie-in's! Then September comes and hopefully our dedication and hard work pays off. Can't wait!

      I go to bed at 10 at the latest and 6:30 at the earliest. I don't function with less than 8-9 hours sleep!

      This sounds highly doubtful but the truth is that 8 hours of sleep a night before an exam will benefit you better than staying up late studying or getting up early. Our brains have been under quite a lot of stress these pass few weeks and depriving yourself of sleep will do nothing but deprive your exam paper of answers. So try get 8 hours a night and also eat properly. Breakfast is very important as it starts us off. Just a bowl of cereal will do and if you've an exam in the afternoon make sure you've eaten an hour or so before.

      Go to sleep at ten wake up at 6 solid 8 hours of sleepy time ; ).
