For the tweet question could you have said: I advise you to get informed about your rights from the CCPC. You can also use the CCPC to represent you in future court cases

I said: I would recommend going to the CAI (Consumer Association Ireland). They are a non-governmental and non-profit organisation, that are set up to protect consumers like you.
