basically same as an adult jsu make sure to use balanced meanus containing protein,fat,carb,and dairy

If it just says a teenager without mentioning lifestyle: -Include fibre eg. wholemeal bread -Add HBV protein -Make sure you have plenty of vitamins and minerals -Iron is quite important -Calcium -Avoid greasy foods (aggrevate acne) -Include water -Avoid too much sugar and salt -Use healthy cooking methods eg. boiling
