Sales of goods and supply of services 1980 and consumer protection act 2007

I know that they usually ask the Sales of goods and supply of services, but if a question was to come up regarding the consumer protection act, how would that be phrased?

From lookig at the exam papers they would be phrased like "Outline the functions of the consumer proctection act" or they would ask you to evaluate it-basically give your opinion on it. In regards to the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services act, questions could be phrased as "Outline a consumer's legal rights under the terms of the Sale of goods and supply of services act 1980 with refrence to any three of the following- Merchantable Quality Guarantees Signs limiting consmuer rights Unsolicited goods. Hope this helps.
