Chemistry Important Experiments

i am a student who has taken a year out of school to study chemistry. I do grinds twice a week but that does not include experiments. I know that there is 28 mandatory experiments. Could someone tell me what ones should i focus on for this years leaving cert as i do not think ill get them all done

The three experiment questions that come up every year are the 1. titrations, and 2.something from the organic chemistry chapters. The third experiment is one of the 'other' experiments (think rates of reaction, water, etc.). Try to play to your strengths, if you're mathsy, do the titration question for example, or ones that involve calculations. But yeah, if you can't cover all of the experiments, you should just focus on the titrations and organics as they are basically guaranteed to come up every year, imo

this year it's an exception because of covid and the new few improvements or whatever they call them that they have decided to give us. you could technically not study any experiments and still be able to answer all the Qs and get a H1

to see a list of the experiments foloow this link: https://curriculumonline.ie/getmedia/7bdd3def-f492-432f-886f-35fc56bd3544/SCSEC09_Chemistry_syllabus_Eng.pdf From ther you will be gien the ol section and hl section follow the index for your level and scroll through each section. at the end of each opic you will see that list of mandatory experiments. This year is a strange one but i strongly suggest you watch the videos they are very short and if you watch one every 3 days youd almost have it covered before the end of the year (2020) and will know enough to answer almost any question. heres that link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0vn1-z6t7Gc&list=PL3vsxsjlA_0HNNpuzE-uLfFg0T6MXrcSG

i an considering leaving out the experiments and focusing on everything else due to the fact that you can avoid the experiment questions this year. I also only need a h4/5 so can afford to lose a few marks
